The challenge

RD Station carried seven scattered legacy tools for email marketing, pop-ups, forms and landing pages. They needed to unify them into a modern editor and lead multiple data, conversion and acquisition teams.

What I did

  1. Led the refactoring and migration of the legacy landing-page editor into a unified content editor that replaced seven tools.
  2. Led multiple teams: analytics, reporting/dashboards, traffic/lead generation and conversion tools.
  3. Established minimal yet effective processes and a high-performance culture.
  4. Focused on people development through feedback, recognition and individual growth plans.
