The challenge

Venturest needed to go from idea to a solid, scalable digital platform that could sustain rapid growth, incorporating AI features and a clear go-to-market, starting almost from scratch.

What I did

1. Led the initial platform architecture as Tech Advisor, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
2. Transitioned to CTO, driving end-to-end development with Node.js, Docker, AWS, Next.js and React.
3. Designed and launched AI-powered features as a product growth lever.
4. Defined the go-to-market strategy connecting product, data and acquisition channels.
