The challenge

Creditas, one of Latin America's largest fintechs, wanted to establish its presence in Spain: build high-performing teams from scratch, prototype new business lines and transfer Brazilian-market knowledge.

What I did

  1. Helped establish the Spain operation, hiring and mentoring leaders and forming high-performing teams.
  2. Led key product initiatives: Creditas Store, Creditas Benefícios and Creditas Auto.
  3. Acted as an internal consultant on startups and the Brazilian market.
  4. Fostered a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, performance evaluation and OKRs.

  • High-performing teams operating in a new market.
  • Continuous delivery with Kotlin, Next.js, React and React Native.
